Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DomestiSure application ("App"), operated by iNRECO ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

DomestiSure is a compliance assistance tool designed to help South African household employers manage their obligations under the Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997 ("BCEA"), the Unemployment Insurance Act 63 of 2001 ("UIA"), the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act 130 of 1993 ("COIDA"), Sectoral Determination 7 and related legislation. The App provides:

• BCEA-compliant payslip generation for domestic workers
• Employment contract templates (including Sectoral Determination 7 annexures)
• UIF monthly declaration and UI-19 termination assistance
• Leave tracking and disciplinary record-keeping tools
• COIDA registration guidance and Return of Earnings tracking

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you are a South African household employer or an authorised representative acting on behalf of a household employer.

3. Not Legal Advice

The documents, templates, calculations, and information generated by DomestiSure are provided for informational and administrative convenience purposes only. Nothing in this App constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the App. You are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified labour law attorney or registered labour consultant for advice specific to your circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter into the App
• Ensuring that payslips, contracts, and declarations generated comply with the most current legislative requirements
• Submitting UIF and COIDA declarations to the Department of Employment and Labour timeously
• Retaining copies of all documents generated for your own records
• Compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") in respect of your domestic worker's personal information

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, software, and materials in the App are the property of iNRECO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App to:

• Generate false or fraudulent documents
• Circumvent any South African labour legislation
• Resell or commercialise the App's outputs without written authorisation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
