DomestiSure and all content, templates, calculations, and documents generated by the App are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. iNRECO does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• The documents generated will be accepted by any government department, employer organisation, or court
• The calculations and templates reflect the most current legislative requirements at all times

2. Legislative Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure that the App reflects current South African labour legislation, including the BCEA, UIA, COIDA, and related sectoral determinations, legislation and regulations change frequently. iNRECO does not guarantee that the App is updated immediately upon any legislative amendment. Users must verify the currency of all information independently.

3. UIF & COIDA Submissions

The UIF declaration and COIDA Return of Earnings functionality assists you in preparing your submissions. It is your sole responsibility as the employer to ensure that declarations are submitted to the Department of Employment and Labour and the Compensation Fund by the required deadlines. iNRECO accepts no liability for penalties, interest, or sanctions arising from late or incorrect submissions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, iNRECO, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any documents or information generated by the App
• Any decision made in reliance on the App's output
• Any labour dispute, CCMA referral, or legal proceeding arising from documents generated by the App
• Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iNRECO, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
